At Tailored Mentoring Ltd, trading as The Freedom Reset, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be requested for purchases made through myfreedomreset.com.
By making a purchase, you agree to this Refund Policy. Please read it carefully before completing your order.
2. Digital Products
Our digital products — including My Legacy Unchained ($47), My Calendar Detox ($197), The Authority Protocol ($497), and Zero-Remorse Onboarding ($997) — are delivered electronically via our Client Portal immediately upon purchase.
2.1 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund, provided you have not accessed or downloaded the digital content.
By accessing the Client Portal and viewing or downloading any product content, you acknowledge that you have waived your right to cancel under the 14-day cooling-off period, as the supply of digital content has begun with your consent.
2.2 Requesting a Refund
If you have not accessed any product content within 14 days of purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting us at [email protected] with your order details.
3. Freedom RESET Framework™ Coaching Programme
The Freedom RESET Framework™ Coaching Programme ($5,000) is a premium, high-commitment coaching engagement. Due to the nature of the service, the following terms apply:
3.1 The R.E.S.E.T. Guarantee
We offer our R.E.S.E.T. Guarantee: Show up, apply the tools, and complete the RESET plan — if you don't feel significantly more clear, calm, and confident in 6 months, James will coach you privately until you do.
This guarantee is not a money-back guarantee. It is a commitment to your results and reflects our confidence in the programme's methodology.
3.2 Cancellation Before Programme Start
If you wish to cancel your enrolment before the programme begins, please contact us within 14 days of payment. You will receive a full refund minus any administrative costs incurred.
3.3 Cancellation After Programme Start
Once the coaching programme has commenced, refunds are not available. The programme requires mutual commitment and resources are allocated to your transformation from day one.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g. serious illness or bereavement), we may consider partial refunds or programme deferrals on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.
4. Free Resources & Lead Magnets
Free downloadable resources, lead magnets, and tools are provided at no cost and are therefore not subject to any refund policy.
5. Discovery Calls
Freedom Mapping Calls (discovery calls) are offered free of charge. No refund applies.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us with the following information:
- Your full name
- Email address used for purchase
- Date of purchase
- Product or service purchased
- Reason for the refund request

We aim to process all refund requests within 10 business days. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method via Stripe.
7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns fairly and promptly. Unjustified chargebacks may result in the suspension of your Client Portal access and may be disputed.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. The policy in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to that transaction.
