5. Orders & Payment
Payments are processed securely via Stripe. By completing a purchase you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Upon successful payment you will receive an email confirmation with access details for the relevant product or service.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud or an unauthorised transaction is suspected.
6. Client Portal Access
Purchased digital products are delivered via our secure Client Portal. Login credentials are emailed upon purchase. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential. Sharing account access with third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination without refund.
7. Coaching Programme Terms
Enrolment in the Freedom RESET Framework™ Coaching Programme is subject to a qualification process. We reserve the right to decline applications at our sole discretion. By enrolling you agree to:
- Attend scheduled sessions and complete assigned work in good faith
- Respect confidentiality of other programme participants
- Understand that results vary and are not guaranteed (see our Disclaimer)
