How We Verify Every Testimonial
Trust is earned. So here's exactly how every named client on this site is verified — and exactly what the words “representative” and “exceptional” mean when you see them on a case study.
The 3-Step Verification Process
Every testimonial, case study, and quote on this site goes through all three steps before it goes live.
1. Client Verification
Every person featured on this site is a paying client of the 6-month Reset Program. We confirm enrolment and completion through our internal records before publishing anything under their name.
2. Results Documentation
Life outcomes (sleep, stress, family presence, boundary usage) are self-reported at intake and at each program milestone. Where a client describes a commercial outcome — income, hours, team size, book launch — we request supporting documentation (invoices, screenshots, published artefacts) before quoting it.
3. Identity & Consent
Full names, roles, and photos are published only with written consent. Every featured client has reviewed and signed off on the final case study before it went live. No stock photos. No invented personas.
“Representative” vs “Exceptional”
Every case study on this site carries one of two flags. They're not marketing labels — they're an honest signal about what you can reasonably expect.
Reasonable to expect
Outcomes most committed program completers achieve when they do the work. Life recovery — sleep restored, family presence rebuilt, stress regulated, boundary scripts in daily use, weekends reclaimed — is representative of what the Reset Program is built to deliver.
If you show up, do the work, and complete the 6 months, these are the kinds of outcomes the program is designed for.
Above typical
Specific commercial outcomes — a bestselling book inside 6 months, a consultancy that hires staff, a 2-year severance negotiated — usually depend on factors the client already had before the program started (network, existing methodology, seniority).
When you see this flag, the life-recovery parts of the story are representative — the flagged commercial speed is not. We tell you which is which on every case study.
What We Won't Do
A clear list of things you will not find on this site.
No stock-photo testimonials.
If a face is shown, it is a named, consenting client.
No anonymous income screenshots.
If a revenue number appears without a named client and context, it doesn't belong on this site.
No “847 people helped this week” live tickers.
We don't fabricate real-time activity. The only counts we use are honest ranges like “dozens of executives coached 1-on-1.”
No aggregate star ratings without real reviews.
We don't publish an aggregate rating across hundreds of reviewers we don't have.
No results framed as “average” when the sample is tiny.
Aggregate claims (e.g. average hours reduced) are only shown when the sample size is named.
Current Sample & Cohort Note
The named case studies on this site are drawn from the 2023–2024 cohort of the 6-month Reset Program. Three of the four currently featured clients — Sarah Chen, Marcus Johnson, Priya Sharma — are flagged exceptional for their commercial outcomes (all three left corporate and built businesses); their life-recovery outcomes are representative. The fourth — David Park — is flagged representative across the board: he stayed in his VP role, same company, and rebuilt the job from inside. His outcome is the more common path for clients who want burnout recovery without the dramatic life change.
We publish deep case studies rather than aggregate statistics. Four detailed stories with names, dates, roles, program lengths, and consent are — in our view — more useful to you than “500+ professionals transformed” claims with no underlying audit trail.
As more case studies go live, each one will carry its own representative / exceptional flag and its own dated methodology note.
Why Life Outcomes Come First
The Reset Program is a burnout-recovery program for six-figure executives. The outcomes we’re built to deliver — and the outcomes our clients actually come to us for — are sleep restored, family presence rebuilt, weekends reclaimed, stress regulated, boundary scripts used weekly.
Commercial outcomes (income, firm size, book launches) come later and vary widely by starting point. That's why every case study on this site leads with the life outcomes and treats commercial results as a secondary, contextual note.
If you see a page on this site leading with a dollar figure ahead of the life outcome, please tell us — it's a bug we want to fix.
